1. Staged Creation & Approval:

• 1.1 Initial Sketching: We begin with a sketch or rough outline of the asset. At this stage, you have the opportunity to review it and suggest edits, provided they align with the initial specifications.

• 1.2 Finalizing the Asset: Following your feedback on the sketch, we move to crafting the final form of the asset. Here, you can assess the final look and request minor tweaks if necessary.

• 1.3 Exporting the Files: After receiving your approval, we proceed to export the files. We can also accommodate specific naming or structuring requests.

2. Key Information Gathering:

• Gathering all essential information before starting is critical for us to adhere to deadlines and avoid redundant work.

3. Payment Structure:

​

• 3.1 Milestone Payments: Our payment model typically involves splitting the project into pre-agreed milestones, with each milestone paid for in advance. Upon completion, you pay for the next milestone, and we proceed accordingly.

• 3.2 Partial Payments Option: In some cases, we can operate with a 50% advance payment for a milestone, with the balance due upon final approval of the results, but before the submission of exports (source files).

• 3.3 Export Release Policy: We strictly adhere to a policy where exports (source files) are released only after full payment. For projects with tight deadlines that require immediate submission of source files upon completion, we recommend considering advance payment for milestones.

4. Regular Reporting & Feedback:

• We provide regular updates, either daily or whenever there’s progress. Timely feedback from you is essential to maintain the agreed schedule.

5. Technical Specifications for Optimal Results:

• While we can’t foresee how assets will be integrated into your game, understanding all technical aspects from the outset is vital for the best results. This detailed approach ensures future ease of asset implementation.

6. Portfolio Rights & Confidentiality:

• We reserve the right to feature our work in our portfolio. However, we respect your need for confidentiality and avoid premature exposure of assets. We always seek your approval before publishing any work related to your project.
